VELVET HOLO MATT TOP COAT – 10 ml

Matt top coat with bigger holo particles.

Tip for a more even aplication – first apply a glossy top coat (for ex Blitz) over the color gel or background, cure for 60 seconds, and then over it apply velvet holo matt over it and cure again.

Shake well before use!
