Sugar matt top coat

Description

Matt Top coat with tiny regular black dots inside. Must have a product this season that can be combined multiple times (see other pictures).

Great in combination for itself, but also in combination with Flake top coat and irregular particles. If you want a shiny version of these tiny particles, all you have to do is apply gloss over the matte. The bottle should be shaken well before use.

Drying time: only in comby uv / led lamps at least 48 W for a full 2 minutes, can be cleans with a cleaner after drying, but do not put oil or creams on the matt.
